The Green Loans Program helps Australians make the right choices for
their home and their budget by providing tailored information from
in-home assessments and low cost funding from financial partners.
The scheme has two main components funded by the Australian Federal Government:
1. a FREE home sustainability assessment & report (valued at over $250)
2. access to a Green Loans subsidy provided by participating financial institutions to cover four years of interest for borrowing up to $10,000 to buy and install green products (Obligation Free).
